LovHack

Global builder hackathons for the Lovable + AI ecosystem.
Co-organizer. 2 seasonal hackathons, 4 mini hackathons, 200+ participants in week one. Sponsors: Lovable, Creao, Miro, Qoder.
Overview
LovHack is a global online hackathon series for the Lovable + modern AI builder ecosystem. Two full seasons, four mini events, builders from 65+ countries, $10K+ in prizes, and a sponsor roster including Lovable, Creao, Miro, Qoder, n8n, Hado, Floot, Dualite, Momentum, Medo, and Nodebase.
The story
Most hackathons are gated to one school or one city. Builders shipping with Lovable, Cursor, and modern AI tooling didn't have a central home to compete and meet each other. LovHack started as an experiment to see if we could pull together a global cohort online — Season 1 had 350+ builders and 100+ shipped projects, which was enough proof to do it again, bigger.

Reflections
Sponsors care about reach but builders care about quality of feedback. The events that worked best were the ones where judging actually felt like mentorship.
