ProjectAAL

ProjectAAL

A shared AI workspace for builders who actually ship.

Co-builder. A collaborative AI workspace for builders and students to organize ideas and ship faster using modern AI workflows and automation. Open beta.

Overview

ProjectAAL is a collaborative AI workspace for builders and small teams. The pitch: one place where prompts, automation runs, planning, and outputs live together instead of scattered across ChatGPT, Cursor, Notion, and Linear tabs.

The story

Every builder I know has the same six-tabs-open problem when shipping with AI. The context lives in one place but the action lives in another, so you lose half your time re-pasting prompts. ProjectAAL was an attempt to fix that for the small-team / indie-hacker case specifically.

Who it's for

Student builders, indie hackers, and small teams who already use AI tools but want them in one shared workspace.

The problem

AI workflow is fragmented — ChatGPT in one tab, Cursor in another, Notion for planning, Linear for tasks. Teams lose context every time they switch.

Approach

A single workspace where ideas, prompts, automation runs, and outputs live together. Open beta with builders giving direct feedback.

What I built

  • Unified workspace for prompts + automations + planning
  • Open beta with active builder feedback loop
  • Onboarding tuned for AI-native teams

Outcome

Open beta live. Direct feedback channel with early users driving what ships next.

Highlights

  • One workspace for prompts + automation + planning
  • Open beta with active builder feedback

Reflections

Workspaces only win when switching cost is real. Until people genuinely lose the workflow if they leave, it's just another tab.
